Senior Planning Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Planning and Automations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Model end-to-end Professional Services flow and manage monthly variance drivers
• Translate demand forecasts into role-based capacity requirements and identify skill gaps
• Champion internal AI tools to enhance planning workflows and partner with Data/BI/Finance teams

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Revenue Operations, or Professional Services Operations
• Experience in building driver-based planning models and analytics in services businesses
• Strong Professional Services business acumen, including backlog management and margin analysis
• Proficiency in SQL, with Snowflake SQL experience preferred
• Experience with AI tools, advanced Excel/Google Sheets, and preferred knowledge of Python and Tableau
