Senior Planning Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Planning Engineer will develop comprehensive project schedules for HVAC and electrical systems projects, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and provide technical guidance to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project schedules to ensure timely completion of HVAC and electrical systems projects
• Assess and allocate human and material resources efficiently to meet project demands while maintaining cost-effectiveness
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure project continuity

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or 6+ years of related field or technical experience
• Proven experience in planning and managing projects within HVAC and AC/DC electrical systems
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Knowledge of industry codes and standards for HVAC Mechanical and AC/DC Electrical systems
• Strong computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Excel, Access, Visio & SQL
