Senior Planning Engineer

Job Summary

To support network growth, the remote Senior Planning Engineer will forecast capacity needs, manage DWDM network augmentation projects, and ensure network readiness while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Forecast network growth and identify capacity constraints
• Develop and execute DWDM network augmentation and bandwidth relief plans
• Create and manage NetBuilds, Statements of Work, and implementation requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of network planning, telecommunications, or transport engineering experience
• Strong knowledge of DWDM networks and capacity planning
• Experience managing complex infrastructure projects
• Strong analytical skills
