Senior Planning Lead

Job Summary

Leading a team across SME&C and Field Leaders, the full-time Senior Planning and Landing Lead will manage a transparent planning process that drives business impact, identifies continuous improvement opportunities, and leverages data insights to enhance operational strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure an inclusive planning process aligned with business priorities
• Analyze global and field feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive agility in operations
• Design and execute a reporting framework to measure success and communicate critical updates effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience in Near Term Strategy, Management Consulting, or Finance
• Proven strategic thinking and execution capabilities in business planning and sales strategy
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering successful programs at scale
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve business goals
