Senior Planning Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Planning Manager to lead Merchandise Planning for Growth Segments including Active, Plus, and Maternity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and manage end-to-end financial and inventory planning
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial plans and assortment strategies
• Lead and develop a high-performing planning team and improve planning processes

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Merchandise Planning or Inventory Management
• 3+ years of people leadership experience, including managing other managers
• Deep knowledge of forecasting, OTB management, and inventory productivity
• Experience in fast-paced, evolving environments with a focus on process improvement
• Background in apparel and omni retail businesses, with a preference for plus-size and active categories
