Senior Planning Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the financial and inventory strategy for a division, influencing sales, margin, and inventory decisions
• Lead the monthly OTB process, providing recommendations that impact investment and risk decisions
• Develop and coach a team of planners, enhancing analytical skills and business judgment

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in merchandise planning, inventory planning, or retail finance with P&L ownership
• 3+ years of experience managing planners and developing high-performing teams
• Expertise in retail math, forecasting, and inventory management
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives that enhance planning operations
• Strong command of planning tools and data environments, including advanced Excel and systems like Anaplan or SAP
