Senior Planning Manager

Job Summary

To support the strategic and operational backbone of Fraud and Safety Operations, the full-time Senior Planning Manager will drive the execution of planning cycles, maintain roadmaps, and coordinate initiative inputs across cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the full milestone plan, tracking progress against deadlines and proactively managing risks
• Collect and organize initiative submissions, preparing prioritization materials for leadership review
• Prepare materials for planning forums and leadership meetings, ensuring alignment with OKR targets and metrics

Required qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience in program management and roadmap planning
• Hands-on experience with tools like Airtable, Asana, or Jira for building and maintaining roadmaps
• Strong analytical skills with experience working with OKR frameworks and capacity inputs
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for documentation and reporting
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
