Senior Planning Manager

Job Summary

To support the Combat Sports team, the full-time Senior Planning & Coordination Manager will manage project timelines, evaluate deliverables, and ensure effective communication across multiple functional areas while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and evaluate project deadlines, milestones, and deliverables across functional areas
• Prepare status reports and facilitate communication with internal teams and external partners
• Identify risks and delays, escalating issues to executive leadership as necessary

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Event or Project Management
• Proven experience in event operations and project management
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies
• Experience with project management systems such as Airtable or Smartsheet
• Ability to lead project teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
