Senior Planning Operations Manager

Job Summary

As a strategic change leader, the full-time remote Senior Planning Operations Manager will drive integrated planning capabilities across the supply chain, overseeing global Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and ensuring alignment between demand, supply, and commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global S&OP and Control Tower cadence across demand, supply, and execution teams
• Provide visibility into risks and opportunities across the global order book
• Facilitate Supply & Demand Matching Exercises and drive cross-functional alignment on trade-offs

Required qualifications

• BA/BS in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or relevant field; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a high growth cross-functional environment, preferably in Footwear, Apparel, or Fashion
• Strong expertise in S&OP/Integrated Business Planning processes and demand-supply balancing
• Knowledge of Supply & Demand Matching, channel segmentation, and inventory optimization
• Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
