Senior Platform Activation Architect

Job Summary

To support a growing technology activation team, the remote Senior Lead Platform Activation Architect will translate complex solutions into compelling customer narratives, build interactive demos, and foster collaboration across various teams to drive go-to-market strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Translate Lumen Validated Designs into customer-centric activation experiences, including narratives, demos, and workshops
• Design and present interactive demos that clearly illustrate the Lumen Platform's capabilities and business outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape activation strategies and refine solution narratives based on customer feedback

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in customer-facing technology roles such as sales engineering or technical evangelism
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Proven ability to present to customers and facilitate impactful conversations that connect technical capabilities to business outcomes
• Strong technical fluency with complex platforms and the ability to translate them into customer-relevant messaging
• Experience in building and delivering demos, workshops, and go-to-market motions at scale
