Senior Platform Analyst

Job Summary

Leading system planning and requirements analysis, the full-time Senior Platform Analyst will coordinate with internal users and external partners to translate business needs into technical solutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Leads system requirements analysis and validation activities to ensure completeness and adherence to standards
• Builds deep knowledge of business processes to guide requirements definition and solution design in collaboration with stakeholders
• Establishes and improves processes for system planning, requirements definition, and release planning

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
• Typically, 5+ years of experience in a relevant field
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle, including Agile/Lean or Kanban methodologies
• Proficiency in Amazon Q/Kiro, Python, .NET, C#, and Azure DevOps
• Experience in Cloud development with Azure or AWS is a plus
