Senior Platform Analyst

Job Summary

Leading system planning and requirements analysis, the full-time Senior Platform Analyst will work remotely to translate business needs into technical solutions while managing multiple initiatives and collaborating with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Conducts system requirements analysis and validation to ensure completeness and compliance with standards
• Builds expertise in business processes and collaborates with stakeholders to guide requirements definition and solution design
• Implements and improves processes for system planning, requirements definition, and release planning

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
• Typically, 5+ years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle, including Agile / Lean or Kanban methodologies
• Experience with Amazon Q/Kiro, Python, .NET, C#, and Azure DevOps
• Experience in creating system workflows and documentation
