Senior Platform Analyst

Job Summary

Leading system requirements analysis and validation activities, the full-time remote Senior Platform Analyst will apply business and systems analysis expertise to coordinate system planning, architecture, and requirements definition while managing multiple initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Leads system requirements analysis and validation activities to ensure completeness and adherence to standards
• Builds and maintains knowledge of business processes to guide requirements definition and solution design
• Partners with stakeholders to understand needs and present solutions that align with business and technical objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
• Typically, 5+ years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle, including Agile/Lean or Kanban methodologies
• Proficiency in Amazon Q/Kiro, Python, .NET, C#, and Azure DevOps
• Experience in creating system workflows and documentation
