Senior Platform Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to develop, test, implement, and maintain proprietary business system platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cloud infrastructures and implement infrastructure as code using Terraform
• Participate in architectural design meetings and perform code reviews while upholding coding standards
• Provide production environment support and mentor other engineers to enhance team skills

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in computer science or related boot camp program
• 7-10 years of experience as a software engineer
• Thorough knowledge of cloud platforms, such as AWS/Kubernetes
• Advanced skills in Terraform, Ansible, Git, and build/deployment tools
• Preferred knowledge of REST APIs, microservice architectures, and databases
