Senior Platform Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Platform Engineer (f/m/d).

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments, including tests and security checks
• Enhance developer experience by improving onboarding processes and local development workflows
• Lead backend migration from Heroku to AWS and continuously improve infrastructure following AWS best practices

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in building and scaling cloud infrastructure on AWS
• Strong hands-on knowledge of IaC tools like Terraform and CI/CD systems like GitHub Actions or Jenkins
• Solid backend engineering background, ideally in TypeScript/Node.js
• Fluent in infrastructure fundamentals, including Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and networking
• Proactive and self-driven with a strong sense of ownership
