Senior Platform Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to build internal platforms and tooling for product engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and evolve shared platform patterns and standards for infrastructure and service operations
• Build internal tooling and automation to facilitate the adoption of platform patterns
• Partner with application engineers to develop scalable platform solutions addressing friction points

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in platform, infrastructure, cloud, or systems engineering roles
• Strong experience with cloud-based engineering systems (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
• Experience supporting containerized workloads (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, ECS)
• Solid software engineering experience in at least one general-purpose programming language (e.g., Python, Go, JavaScript)
