Senior Platform Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior / Staff Engineer - Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Docker/Kubernetes harnesses for stress and scale testing across core teams
• Consolidate CI/CD workflows, managing version tagging, hotfix paths, and the release lifecycle
• Implement observability solutions for metrics, traces, and logs, ensuring reliability and performance monitoring

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building production systems at scale
• Strong understanding of security fundamentals and integration into development pipelines
• Knowledge of distributed consensus protocols and their practical failure modes
• Experience in benchmarking and identifying performance bottlenecks in systems
• Proven ability in live incident response and implementing structural fixes post-outage
