Senior Platform Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Platform Engineer to manage infrastructure and enhance engineering productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop web APIs for automating resource creation and custom GitHub Actions for application building
• Create frameworks for backup/restore processes in AWS and engage in knowledge transfer within teams
• Mentor junior developers and enhance security measures while ensuring ease of deployment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in platform engineering
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Golang or Python
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Pulumi
