Senior Platform Engineer

Job Summary

Owning end-to-end platform initiatives, the full-time Senior Platform Engineer will build and maintain infrastructure and developer tooling in a remote environment, focusing on improving internal platforms and enhancing developer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead medium-to-large platform initiatives from discovery and technical design to rollout and adoption
• Own and evolve the AWS platform using Terraform and other infrastructure-as-code tools
• Improve CI/CD pipelines by optimizing performance and enhancing deployment capabilities

Required qualifications

• Strong experience with infrastructure-as-code, specifically Terraform
• Proficient in deploying and managing containerized workloads in a cloud environment, preferably AWS
• Professional experience using Python for scripting and infrastructure frameworks
• Experience participating in on-call rotations and using observability tools for production monitoring
• Background in healthcare, health tech, or another regulated environment
