Senior Platform Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Senior Platform Engineer will manage the onboarding and offboarding of network devices, develop monitoring dashboards and alerts, and collaborate with the Network Engineering team to enhance monitoring strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding and offboarding of network devices within monitoring platforms
• Develop and maintain dashboards, alerts, and performance metrics
• Partner with the Network Engineering team to optimize monitoring strategies and visibility

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience in Information Technology
• 1 year of experience in IT engineering in an enterprise environment
• Proven experience with network device monitoring, including availability and performance
• Experience with Broadcom NetOps and Splunk is a plus
