Senior Platform Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the technical vision and architecture of an enterprise multi-cloud Kubernetes platform, the full-time Senior Platform Engineer will manage the implementation of managed infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP while mentoring junior engineers in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement managed Kubernetes infrastructure for enterprise deployments, ensuring operational excellence across cloud providers
• Own systems for provisioning and managing cloud accounts, including resource governance and policy enforcement
• Define architectural patterns and engineering standards for multi-cloud infrastructure, mentoring engineers to enhance their expertise

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of engineering experience with a focus on cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and distributed systems
• Hands-on expertise with multiple cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and production-grade deployment experience
• Proven ability to make high-impact architectural decisions independently
• Experience designing secure multi-tenant, multi-cloud infrastructure with a strong compliance posture
• Strong background in identity federation and access management
