Senior Platform Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the ingestion systems and API surfaces, the full-time Senior Platform Engineer will build and scale high-throughput, data-intensive systems while ensuring developer experience and integration across various AI frameworks in a fully remote role within Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Design and operate data-intensive ingestion and trace-query systems, ensuring resilience through monitoring and automated recovery
• Define and enforce standards for API, SDK, and CLI tooling, maintaining high-quality developer surfaces across feature teams
• Build and maintain integrations to ensure compatibility with various AI frameworks while addressing performance bottlenecks and distributed system challenges

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing and running data-intensive systems at scale
• Track record of building high-quality, widely-adopted CLIs, SDKs, or API standards
• Production experience with open-source datastores such as PostgreSQL and Redis
• Strong backend software engineering skills with experience in Go, Python, or TypeScript
• Solid knowledge of cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like GCP or AWS
