Senior Platform Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the production reliability of cloud-hosted applications, the full-time Senior Platform Engineer will act as the technical owner for specific cloud systems, focusing on automation, system optimization, and stability in a hybrid or remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to design, deploy, and support core cloud platform components
• Design and maintain automated delivery pipelines to ensure secure feature deployments
• Manage scalable cloud network topologies to ensure secure communication between distributed services

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cloud operations or DevOps, managing production workloads in mission-critical environments
• Advanced proficiency in AWS, CloudFormation or Terraform, and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions
• Deep understanding of VPC design, subnetting, and troubleshooting complex connectivity issues
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Node.js, Python, or Go
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
