Senior Platform Engineer

Job Summary

To support the technical foundation of a growing platform, the full-time Senior Platform Engineer will design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure in AWS, manage Kubernetes clusters, and enhance deployment workflows, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure in AWS with a focus on scalability, reliability, and automation
• Manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code, including hands-on work with Terraform and CloudFormation
• Deploy and maintain Kubernetes clusters in production environments while improving platform tooling and operational practices

Required qualifications

• Experience in infrastructure engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, or site reliability engineering roles
• Hands-on experience with AWS production environments and proficiency in Terraform
• Production experience with Kubernetes administration and deployment
• Experience implementing observability and monitoring practices, preferably with Datadog
• Experience creating and managing CI/CD pipelines, especially with GitHub Actions
