Senior Platform Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the infrastructure and tooling for mission-critical healthcare applications, the full-time remote Senior Platform Engineer will guide engineering teams through the software delivery lifecycle, manage infrastructure as code with Terraform, and design CI/CD pipelines across AWS and GCP environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide engineering teams through the full software delivery lifecycle, from design and build through testing, deployment, and production operations
• Own and evolve the infrastructure as code (IaC) strategy using Terraform for secure and reproducible environments across AWS and GCP
• Architect and maintain network infrastructure, including VPCs and cross-cloud connectivity, while implementing observability platforms for metrics and logging

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in platform, infrastructure, or senior software engineering roles
• 3+ years operating large-scale production systems in AWS, GCP, or both
• Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP infrastructure, including EKS/GKE and VPC networking
• Strong Terraform proficiency for managing multi-cloud infrastructure as code
• Experience managing Kubernetes clusters end-to-end, including service meshes and API gateways
