Senior Platform Engineer

Job Summary

To support a federal health technology program, the full-time contract-to-hire Senior Platform Engineer will build and maintain a self-service application delivery platform for AWS workloads, focusing on CI/CD automation and reusable platform engineering patterns in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a self-service application delivery platform for AWS workloads
• Design reusable Jenkins shared libraries and CI/CD pipeline standards
• Implement promotion workflows and establish Terraform state management practices

Required Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust
• Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree
• 7 or more years of platform development, DevOps, cloud engineering, or infrastructure engineering experience
• Strong AWS experience, especially with ECS, IAM, S3, SQS, Lambda, VPC, and CloudWatch
