Senior Platform Engineer

Job Summary

To support a federal health technology program, the full-time Senior Platform Engineer will build and maintain a self-service application delivery platform for AWS workloads while collaborating with developers, security, and operations teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a self-service application delivery platform for AWS workloads
• Design reusable Jenkins shared libraries and develop CI/CD pipeline standards using Groovy
• Create Terraform module stacks for AWS services and establish state management practices

Required qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust
• Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree
• 7 or more years of platform development, DevOps, cloud engineering, or infrastructure engineering experience
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, especially ECS, IAM, S3, SQS, Lambda, VPC, and CloudWatch
