Senior Platform Engineer

Job Summary

Focused on CI/CD and Developer Productivity, the full-time Senior Platform Engineer will design and maintain cohesive developer journeys, improve CI/CD stack performance, and partner with product engineering teams to enhance tooling and workflows in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain developer pathways from local development to production
• Enhance the performance and reliability of CI/CD systems
• Collaborate with product engineering teams to identify and resolve friction points in workflows

Required qualifications

• Proven experience with modern CI/CD practices and building production-ready pipelines
• Strong software engineering skills, particularly in a Go ecosystem
• Experience working with Kubernetes at scale
• Solid understanding of infrastructure and networking fundamentals
• Ability to work collaboratively with product teams and build trust through empathy
