Senior Platform Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the production reliability of cloud-hosted applications, the full-time Senior Platform Engineer will act as the technical owner for cloud systems, focusing on automation, system optimization, and stability in a hybrid work environment based in Denver, CO.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to design, deploy, and support core cloud platform components
• Manage scalable cloud network topologies to ensure secure communication between distributed services
• Design and maintain automated delivery pipelines to facilitate secure and repeatable feature deployments

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cloud operations or DevOps with a focus on production workloads
• Advanced proficiency in AWS, CloudFormation or Terraform, and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions
• Deep understanding of VPC design and troubleshooting across multi-account or hybrid environments
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Node.js or Python
• Strong experience with observability stacks including logging and metrics tuning
