Senior Platform Engineer

Job Summary

As a critical member of the engineering organization, the full-time Senior Platform Engineer will design and evolve platforms and automation frameworks, ensuring scalable, reliable, and secure solutions while working in a hybrid environment across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, or California.

Key responsibilities

• Architect platform golden paths and self-service provisioning frameworks
• Lead platform architecture reviews and technology evaluations
• Design enterprise policy-as-code frameworks using Azure Policy and Ansible Automation Platform

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience in platform engineering, cloud architecture, or infrastructure automation at enterprise scale
• Experience in banking, financial services, or regulated industries is preferred
• Advanced certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Certified Kubernetes Administrator are preferred
