Senior Platform Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the design and development of a unified, scalable Developer Platform, the full-time Senior Platform Engineer will build secure APIs and infrastructure using modern DevEx and CI/CD practices while collaborating across teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify pain points in the current developer platform and design innovative solutions to enhance scalability and maintainability
• Collaborate with architects and teams to implement the right tools and methodologies for a robust developer platform
• Write high-quality, production-ready code and mentor other engineers to foster a culture of engineering excellence

Required qualifications

• Expertise in Developer Platform / DevEx fundamentals and infrastructure platform services design
• Proficiency in Golang, with experience in Python as a plus
• Deep proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and tooling in large-scale environments
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or GCP) and Kubernetes
• Strong ownership and accountability with proven experience driving large, impactful projects
