Senior Platform Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Federal Engineering team, the full-time Senior Platform Engineer will manage Kubernetes-based deployments, implement storage services across hybrid environments, and serve as the primary technical interface for System Integrators, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support Kubernetes deployments in on-prem and cloud infrastructure, ensuring reliability across hybrid environments
• Implement and manage storage services, including backup and recovery, across AWS and on-premises systems
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot complex UDS issues for System Integrators and customers

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as a Platform Engineer with a focus on cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/OpenTofu)
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker
• Strong knowledge of hybrid cloud architectures, including networking and storage for cloud and on-prem clusters
• Experience architecting and maintaining hybrid cloud/on-prem environments
• Ability to obtain an Active Secret Clearance
