Senior Platform Engineer

Job Summary

Focused on building and maintaining backend services, the full-time remote Senior Platform Engineer will design user controls, identity, and security features for the Data Platform while contributing to Dgraph internals and analytics tooling.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain services for user controls, identity, and security across the data platform
• Develop secure content sharing capabilities to manage data accessibility for users
• Contribute to internal reporting and analytics tooling that presents platform data to users

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, particularly in backend/platform engineering
• Strong proficiency in Go and Python programming languages
• Experience with identity, access control, and security systems
• Familiarity with graph databases (Dgraph or similar) and interest in database internals
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
