Job Summary
Building robust containerized environments on Azure, the full-time Senior Platform Engineer will design and implement solutions that empower product teams, while maintaining a reliable messaging infrastructure and championing automation in a remote work setting.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement solutions for seamless operation of containerized services
- Develop best practices and documentation to assist developers with cloud infrastructure
- Manage and optimize the centralized messaging infrastructure for reliability and performance
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in a general-purpose programming language, preferably Python or Go
- Experience deploying and optimizing solutions on major cloud providers, such as Azure or GCP
- Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and containerization tools (e.g., Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of Linux, networking, web applications, and database fundamentals
- Familiarity with monitoring and troubleshooting in distributed environments
