Senior Platform Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to join the team in a full-time remote or hybrid role, responsible for designing and operating internal platforms, creating custom tooling to enhance engineering workflows, and integrating AI capabilities into development processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, build, and operate internal platforms that streamline CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
• Automate repetitive engineering tasks and develop self-service tools to improve team efficiency
• Prototype and implement AI-assisted capabilities within engineering workflows, ensuring robust evaluation and observability

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in building and operating production software, particularly in platform or infrastructure roles
• Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python or TypeScript, and experience with cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS) and Kubernetes
• Hands-on experience integrating AI solutions into engineering workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and execute plans effectively
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on clear documentation and collaboration with partner teams
