Senior Platform Engineer

Job Summary

To build and own the foundational cloud and source control infrastructure, the full-time Senior Platform Engineer, Infrastructure will design shared services, manage cloud landing zones, and automate infrastructure changes in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain foundational shared services such as VPCs, DNS, PKI, and secrets management
• Own the cloud landing zone, ensuring efficient multi-region connectivity and cost-effective scaling
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code pipelines to automate and test infrastructure changes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in platform, infrastructure, or cloud engineering with ownership of production cloud environments
• Hands-on experience with a major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and multi-account architecture
• Strong Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, Pulumi, or Ansible)
• Experience with GitOps-style delivery pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar)
• Solid grounding in networking and security fundamentals (VPC design, DNS, PKI, secrets management)
