Job Summary
Leading security tooling initiatives, the full-time Senior Platform Engineer will build and integrate security platforms for a global SaaS environment while working remotely from anywhere in the US.
Key responsibilities
- Lead security tooling across various domains, including application and cloud security
- Design automation for vulnerability detection and implement governed security workflows
- Collaborate with Security and Engineering teams to translate policies into practical engineering solutions
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in security engineering, platform engineering, or software engineering
- Strong programming or scripting skills in Go, Python, Bash, or similar languages
- Hands-on experience with security tooling and practices, including code scanning and cloud security posture management
- Familiarity with tools like GitHub Advanced Security, JFrog Xray, and Checkmarx
- Understanding of vulnerability management and security controls within software delivery workflows
