Senior Platform Engineer
Job Summary
Experienced in platform engineering, the full-time Senior Platform Engineer will develop an Internal Developer Portal, focusing on building integrations, service catalogs, and golden paths while driving developer adoption in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the implementation and operation of the Internal Developer Portal as a product with real users
- Build a reliable service catalog for services and infrastructure, ensuring automated ingestion from source-of-truth systems
- Support other teams in creating golden paths and reimagining existing workflows as portal-native journeys
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in platform engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering, with solid AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes skills
- Strong programming ability in at least one modern language, with experience in building and maintaining production software
- Experience building or extending internal developer portals or comparable self-service tooling
- Proven ability to improve existing workflows and transform scattered capabilities into coherent, self-service solutions
- Familiarity with TypeScript and React or equivalent application development experience in another modern language and framework
