Senior Platform Engineer
Job Summary
Leading high-impact strategic consulting, the full-time Senior Platform Engineer will focus on migrating enterprise-scale workloads to GitHub Enterprise Cloud (GHEC), modernizing infrastructure, and driving complex cloud-native migrations in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Migrate all repositories, user accounts, and access controls to a secure GitHub Enterprise Cloud (GHEC) instance
- Establish a governed EMU environment with centralized Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Design and maintain robust infrastructure platforms that empower engineering teams to deliver software efficiently
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience with cloud-native platform migrations and GitHub Enterprise Cloud (GHEC) migrations
- Expertise in managing the full lifecycle of internal developer platforms (IDP) and CI/CD tools
- Hands-on experience with Azure and understanding of Kubernetes and cloud-native architecture principles
- Strong automation skills in Python, bash, or Powershell
- Ability to mentor client teams and work independently with minimal direction
