Senior Platform Manager
Job Summary
Owning the systems that manage real-time authorizations and transactions, the remote Senior Platform Manager will ensure reliability and optimization of card functionality, collaborating closely with fraud and product teams to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor, configure, and optimize authorization settings and transaction matching across TSYS and Visa
- Collaborate with fraud and product teams on token lifecycle management and authorization policies
- Develop standardized testing approaches for authorization and transaction changes, ensuring rigorous testing and discovery processes
Required qualifications
- Strong, hands-on expertise in TSYS TS2 authorization and transaction processing
- A track record of proactively solving complex platform problems with limited management oversight
- Experience working across Fraud, Product, and Engineering teams, translating platform complexity for actionable insights
- Experience building or maintaining authorization monitoring and reporting infrastructure
- Ability to travel approximately 4-6 times per year for in-person collaboration
