Senior Platform Manager

Job Summary

To support the growth of a world-class payments platform, the full-time Senior Platform Manager will manage guest payment capabilities, including onboarding new payment methods, overseeing transaction interactions, and developing financing solutions, while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and evolve the Guest Payments Platform strategy and roadmap, focusing on pay-ins, refunds, and payment processing resilience
• Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle for various subdomains within the guest payment team, from concept to post-launch optimization
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product delivery and effective management of dependencies

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience in inbound and outbound money movement within a payments or finance company
• Proven experience in understanding stakeholder needs and managing product development
• Experience collaborating with non-product teams such as legal, compliance, and risk
• Global perspective with experience building products for diverse countries and cultures
• Bonus points for familiarity with global and local payment methods beyond credit cards
