Job Summary
To support the Marketplace Strategy team, the remote full-time Senior Platform Operations Coordinator will manage programmatic deals, act as an expert on the Life360 Ads platform, and ensure campaign performance while collaborating with various internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and manage direct-sold programmatic deals across integrated DSPs
- Monitor deal health and troubleshoot issues, escalating technical problems as needed
- Train and certify as an internal expert on DSP partnerships, providing support and guidance to team members
Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience with large DSP platforms (TTD, DV360, Amazon DSP preferred)
- 2-3 years of campaign management and client-facing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- A BA/BS degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
