Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Platform Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Bridge central ops and pillar execution by managing operational requests and ensuring delivery
• Support the pillar's operating rhythm through planning cycles and maintaining roadmap hygiene
• Drive continuous improvement by partnering cross-functionally to address systemic issues and enhance operational practices

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, or related roles
• Experience managing planning cadences and cross-functional alignment in complex organizations
• Familiarity with budget/resource planning cycles and ROI frameworks
• Proficiency with operational and AI tooling such as Linear, Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace
• Experience in areas related to Blockchain Platforms, such as Crypto Transactions or Tokenization
