Senior Platform Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the vision and roadmap for the Risk Decisioning Platform, the full-time Senior Platform Product Manager will manage policy development tools, drive self-service capabilities, and prioritize initiatives based on business impact in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the vision and roadmap for policy development and testing tools, execution engine, and content management interfaces
• Conduct customer development with internal users, including risk analysts and engineers, to validate problem statements
• Drive the self-service target state and manage key platform metrics such as lead time for content delivery and user satisfaction

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Platform/Technical Product Manager for internal platforms in decision engines or risk/credit decisioning
• Strong knowledge in Scoring, Risk, and Antifraud domains within Fintech or Banking
• Proven experience in owning product vision and conducting hands-on discovery and analysis
• Technical skills to navigate codebases and assess technical solutions
• Strong English communication skills with the ability to defend decisions at the C-level
