Senior Platform Security Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Platform Security Engineer, the successful candidate will architect cloud security guardrails, build automation to measure security issues, and manage the cloud security exception lifecycle while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and evolve cloud security guardrails, implementing SCPs and IAM controls
• Build automation to discover and prioritize security issues, integrating with CSPM/DSPM tools
• Own the cloud security exception lifecycle, maintaining tooling and processes for security exception requests

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a software or security engineer
• 4+ years of experience securing infrastructure on AWS and/or GCP at scale
• Deep experience with Infrastructure-as-Code, including Terraform and cloud security best practices
• Strong understanding of IAM policies and roles in AWS and GCP
• Experience maturing cloud security posture in complex multi-account environments
