Senior PLC Engineer

Job Summary

To support complex data center and critical infrastructure projects, the full-time Senior PLC Engineer will design, develop, troubleshoot, and deliver PLC-based control systems while mentoring junior engineers in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and modify PLC control logic for HVAC and critical facility infrastructure, ensuring reliable program execution
• Lead troubleshooting and commissioning of PLC logic and field devices, collaborating with various technical teams
• Mentor Associate PLC Engineers and provide technical guidance through code reviews and project support

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of hands-on PLC programming or industrial automation experience
• Strong experience with Rockwell / Allen-Bradley Studio 5000 and knowledge of industrial communication protocols
• Proven ability to program and troubleshoot complex HVAC and critical infrastructure systems
• Experience in system integration and field commissioning in live project environments
• Ability to mentor less experienced engineers and provide clear technical guidance
