Senior PMIS Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior PMIS Business Analyst will focus on implementing and administering project management information systems, particularly Kahua, while leading client engagements and training programs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage PMIS implementation, configuration, and administration to align with client and project requirements
• Conduct information-gathering sessions with clients to analyze business needs and support their plans
• Prepare and deliver training programs for client and project teams, ensuring effective software operation support

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a relevant engineering field
• 8+ years of experience in IT implementation projects
• Experience in implementing and administering industry-leading PMIS solutions
• Basic knowledge of project management and construction management workflows
• Professional communication skills in English, with experience in client-facing roles
