Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, PMO.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and lead project governance and delivery excellence within Professional Services
Ensure timely, on-scope, and on-budget delivery of customer implementations
Define and track key PMO and services KPIs, providing executive-level reporting on performance

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in Software Delivery, with 2+ years in PMO leadership roles
Proven success in scaling delivery operations in high-growth environments
Strong understanding of SaaS implementation lifecycles and enterprise customers
Experience supporting global or multi-region delivery teams
Familiarity with PSA tools and SaaS analytics
