Senior PMP IT Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading modernization and security transformation projects, the full-time Senior PMP IT Project Manager will manage the project lifecycle for Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, focusing on Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID, while working in a hybrid or remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Execute strategic initiatives to modernize identity lifecycles and implement Zero Trust architecture
• Establish operational rigor by defining program management best practices and ensuring alignment with long-term product strategy
• Manage large-scale migrations, including decommissioning legacy systems and overseeing project delivery from kickoff to closure

Required qualifications

• Deep technical expertise in Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
• Experience designing and implementing IAM integrations and access controls
• Proven ability to lead and mentor technical engineering teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related IT discipline, or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of identity security principles and enterprise authentication models
