Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Podcast Producer to oversee the relaunch and management of a podcast focused on health and longevity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Relaunch the podcast, establishing production workflow, episode structure, and distribution infrastructure
• Manage end-to-end episode production, including topic ideation, recording, editing, and publishing
• Track and analyze podcast performance metrics to inform content strategy and improve audience engagement

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in end-to-end podcast production
• Deep knowledge of podcast platforms and publishing best practices
• Experience managing editorial calendars and coordinating multiple stakeholders
• Comfortable with podcast analytics tools for data-driven decision-making
• Experience managing freelance contractors or vendors for quality output
